Accountant/Bookkeeper - We have a very large Internal Medicine Hospitalist Group currently in need of a Full-Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant and prefer a candidate with experience in a medical office setting. Job Duties: accounts payable, reconcile accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconcile accounts receivable, work with billing manager to report agings - 90/120+ to include timeline and plan of action to bring all A/R to to within 45-60 days, weekly timely claims filing reports, general journal entries, general ledger entries, bank reconciliations, expense reporting, oversee accurate reporting to Paychex, oversee/ensure accurate quarterly reporting with Paychex, month-end closing reports, record capital acquisitions, depreciation schedules, weekly/monthly/quarterly income reporting, and work with CPA for year-end closing/adjustments/reconciliations/tax reporting. QuickBooks experience is preferred. Office Hours: 7-4 Monday - Thursday, and Friday 7-3. Salary $DOE. Human Resources & Payroll Assistant - One of our practice has a sister company that specializes in Residential Construction. This Residential Subcontracting company has been in business for over 50 years here in the valley. Due to an increase in the market we are presently in of an assistant to work with our HR manager. Great Plains, Excel, and Word software experience is preferred. Job Duties: take job applications, drug screening, background checks, new hire orientations and benefits enrollment, create and maintain employee files, keep track of pay increases, deductions, new hires, terminations, garnishments, levies, child support orders, cobra, assist with weekly data entry of payroll hours/piece work, job costing, process unemployment claims, employment verifications, assist with FMLA and H-2B processing in accordance with federal regulations, assist with Workman's Comp claims, E-verify, prepare W-2's and 1099's. Starting Salary $DOE. Office Hours: 7-4/8-5 (varies seasonally). Benefits: health insurance, 401k, PTO, vacation, holidays, etc.
