7016 – Certified Professional Coder / Billing & Collections – We have a multi-provider Gynecology practice located in Scottsdale and we are presently looking for a coder/biller/collector with at least 203 years of Gynecology and/or Ob/Gyn experience. Job Duties: coding superbills, scrubbing claims, electronic filing of claims, posting patient and insurance payments, search and resubmission of denied claims, follow-up on any unpaid claims, generating patient statements, and collection of aged patient receivables. eClinicalWorks software is A+, but not required. EMR proficiency is imperative. Salary 17-20/DOE. Office Hours: 7-4 Monday through Thursday, and Friday 7-12 or 1pm. Benefits: 50% of health insurance premium paid, 401k, profit sharing, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

 

 

CODER(CPC not required)/BILLER/COLLECTOR

 

Family Practice or Internal Medicine Coder/Biller/Collector - We have a multi-provider Family Practice with somePhysical Therapy/Chiro located in Phoenix and we are looking for a lead coder/biller/collector with at least 2+ years of recent experience in either a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Practice setting. Strong commercial insurance, Medicare, and Workman's Comp experience is required. Centricity EMR proficiency is preferred, but not required. Job Duties: post patient charges, pull patient charts to verify codes and add modifiers as necessary to file both electronic and manual claims, post patient payments, post electronic and paper insurance payment from the EOB, write appeal letters and refile claims on any partially paid or denied claim, follow-up on a claims to ensure A/R is at 45 days and under, send out patient statement, explain patient versus insurance financial responsibility to patients when they call or at the point of service, and set-up patients on payment plans. Salary $$/DOE (will pay up to $22 per hour for CPC with fulling billing/collections experience in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine.) Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: 50% of health insurance premium paid, qualify for 401k after six months, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

 

Coder/Billing and Collections (A-Z) - We have a multi-provider ENT group with multiple valley locations looking for a biller/collector with at least 2+ years of complete medical billing and collections experience for our Scottsdale office. Centricity software is A+, but not required. Job Duties: take patient calls and explain patient their financial responsibility versus insurance financial responsibility, set-up patients on payment plan, make sure appropriate modifiers have been added to claims, file manual and electronic claims, download electronic funds transfers and post payments, post patient payments, follow-up on any denied claims, partially paid claims, or claims not paid within 30-45 days, write appeal letters, and refile claims. Centricity software is preferred, but not required. Salary $16-17.50/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: majority of health insurance premium is paid, 401k, dental, life insurance, PTO, vacation, and holidays.
