7736 -- Medical Assistant -- We have a multi-provider Facial Reconstruct Surgical practice located in Phoenix and we are presently looking for an MA with at least 6mo-1+ year of previous surgical experience. Job Duties: set-up/turn over rooms, room patients, take vitals, sterile tray set-up and assist with minor surgical procedures, suture removals, wound care, dressing changes, obtain authorizations for diagnostic testing, and prescription refill calls. Polished and professional attire is required. Must possess excellent communication skills and bedside manner. Office Hours: 7:30/8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. Salary $12-17+/DOE. 7137 -- Medical Assistant/Assist with Patient Phone Triage -- We have a multi-provider Ob/Gyn practice located in Scottsdale and we are presently in need of an MA with at least 1+ year of experience in an Ob/Gyn practice. Job Duties: Assist our RN with patient phone triage, take messages, schedule patients, (must have strong EMR skills -- Athena software is A+), float back office: room patients, take vitals, administer injections, assist with Gynecological procedures, and assist with prescription refill calls. 4438 -- Medical Assistant -- We have a multi-provider Ear/Nose/Throat practice located in the Central Corridor and we are presently looking for an additional medical assistant. Job Duties: Set-up/turn rooms over, room patients, take vitals, enter patient information into EMR (Centricity software experience is A+), sterilize instruments for minor in-office surgical procedures, assist with surgical procedures, suture removals, would care, dressing changes, obtain prior authorizations for medications/diagnostic testing/procedures, call patients back with test results, check for incoming patient referral forms, and prescription refill calls. Job Duties: (will be assigned primarily to one physician) Clean, stock, set-up, and turn rooms over, room patients, update all patient information into EMR, take vitals, administer injections (heavy immunizations), pulse ox, hearing/vision screens, breathing treatments, prescription refill calls, and light float to front office. 8443 -- Medical Assistant -- (Bilingual preferred -- but not required) We have a solo provider Vascular Surgeon located in Chandler and are currently in need of an MA with at least one year of surgical experience. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, assist with in-office surgical procedures, suture removals, wound care, dressing changes, prescription refill calls, assist with obtaining prior authorizations, stocking/set-up/break-down rooms. We specialize in the treatment of varicose veins and spider veins and offer sclerotherapy (foam and visual), endovenous laser therapy, and micro phlebectomy. 4211 - Medical Assistant - We have a multi-provider Nephrology practice located in Tempe in need of an additional MA due to an increase in patient flow. We would prefer a candidate with at least 2-5 years of experience in a Lab Driven or Acute/Chronic Care environment. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, urine dips, injections, obtain medical overrides, schedule procedures, obtain prior authorizations, etc. Salary $13-16/DOE. 4053 -- Medical Scribe -- We have a multi-provider Family Practice located in Mesa/Gilbert and we are currently looking for a medical scribe with excellent medical terminology, data entry, and EMR skills. We would prefer a candidate who capable of working on their feet all day, is very quick and adapts well to change. Medical Assistant is preferred, but not required. Job Duties -- this scribe is to work with our lead family physician: take patients back/follow physician into room and enter patient chief complaint, changes or additions to medical history, progress notes, and referral notes. eClinicalWorks EMR experience is preferred, but not required. Job Duties: room patients, take vitals, administer injections (very heavy allergy injections to include adult and peds), allergy testing, sublingual therapy, ear lavage, set-up and assist in minor in-office procedures, would care, dressing changes, schedule tests and procedures, obtain prior authorizations, and prescription refill calls. This position will requires the MA to float and assist with all providers. Job Duties: room patient, take vitals, go over health history/obtain chief complaint and document into EMR, administer injections, pediatric immunizations, assist with pap smears/well-women checks, mole removals, toenail removals, call patients with test results, obtain prior authorizations for medications, and prescription refill calls. Oncology experience is preferred, but not required.
