Ophthalmic/Optometric Assistant Float Front Office - We have a two provider Optometry & Ophthalmology practice located in Scottsdale and we are presently looking for an additional employee for our practice. Job Duties: room patients, visual fields, visual acuities, auto/manual refractions, lensometry, tonometry, keratometry, A-scans, etc., float to patient check-in, check-out, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance and benefits, collect patient payments, file claims, post insurance payments, and follow-up on any unpaid or denied claims. OfficeMate software is A+, but not required. Salary $14-17/DOE. Office Hours: 8:30-5:00 Monday through Friday. Benefits: 50% of health insurance premium paid, 401k, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

Ophthalmic Technician - we have a multi-provider Ophthalmology practice located in Scottsdale and we are currently looking for an additional technician for our practice. Job Duties: room patients, enter full work-ups into EMR, all pre-testing-fields, acuities, pressures, manual refractions, dilations, etc., Salary $12-20/DOE. Office Hours: 7-4/8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: majority of health insurance premium paid, 401k, $500 per year for continuing education, vision, dental, PTO, vacation, and holidays. 

Ophthalmic Assistant - We have a multi-provider Ophthalmology & Ocular Plastics practice located in Phoenix and we are presently in need of an optometric or ophthalmic assistant with at least 1-2+ years of experience. Job Duties: Manual/auto refractions, visual fields/acuities, tonometry, lensometry, keratometry, IOL's, slit lamps, and assist with minor surgical procedures. Salary $15-18+/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: portion of medical health insurance premium paid, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

COA or COT Supervisor - We have a multi-provider Ophthalmology and Optometry practice located in Gilbert and we are presently looking for a Certified Assistant or Certified Tech to act as a 'working manager'. Job Duties: all patient pre-testing: manual refractions, tonometry, lensometry, keratometry, A-scans, visual fields, visual acuities, etc., and oversee the flow of 15 exam rooms in our main office. You will also float to our nearby satellite office one day per week (8 exam rooms). You will also be required to maintain a stable/timely flow of the back office, verify patient quality of care, schedule all Ophthalmic Techs appropriately to ensure complete coverage for clinics, and hire/train/supervise clinical staff as necessary. Salary $18-20+/DOE. Office Hours: (as early as 7am to as late as 6pm, Monday through Friday). Benefits: $$ portion of health insurance premium paid, vision, life insurance, disability, 401k, PTO, vacation, and holidays. 

Ophthalmic Technician - we have a multi-provider Ophthalmology practice located in Tempe and we are currently looking for an additional technician for our practice. COA or COT is preferred, but not required. Job Duties: manual/auto refractions, scribing for provider into EMR, assist with minor in-office surgical procedures, visual fields, acuties, lensometry, tonometry, keratometry, retinoscopy, A-scans, go over patient pre-operative instructions, and make sure surgical consent packets are signed/returned in a timely manner. Salary $17-20/DOE. Office Hours: 6:45-5:30 Monday through Friday.
