"Working" Office Manager - We have a multi-provider Family Practice located in Glendale we are currently looking for a medical practice administrator with at least 5-10+ years of private practice management experience. Duties: responsible for all insurance billing and collections, patient billing and collections, oversee staff of 5 (recruit, hire, train, supervise, mentor, evaluations, terminations, etc), calculate time cards, physician credentialing, OSHA/CLIA compliance, daily/weekly income reporting, weekly insurance aging reports, handle all patient complaints and report issues to owner, oversee marketing/monitor patient reviews and report finding to owner. QuickBooks and/or Practice Fusion software is A+, but not required. $/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: health insurance stipends, 401k, PTO, vacation, holidays.

"Working" Office Supervisor - We have a solo practitioner Family Practice doctor located in the Central Corridor and we are presently looking for a working office supervisor. Duties: check patients in and out, verify insurance, generate referral forms, obtain prior authorizations, collect patient co-pays, co-insurance, deductibles, experience with rooming patients or taking patient vitals is A+, credentialing, payroll, quarterly payroll taxes, A/P, prepare patient charges for billing person (billing person currently outside of office. If you have billing experience, may bring billing back in-house.) Practice presently has 2 locations (Phoenix and Laveen), work location is Phoenix. Salary $35-50K/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: health insurance needs are completely negotiable, 401k, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

One-Person Office - We have a one-provider Orthopedics practice located in Central Phoenix and we are looking for a seasoned "one person office". Duties: check patients in and out, answer phones, schedule appointments, verify insurance, fill-out referral forms, obtain prior authorizations, scan all medical records, and records releases. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Thursday, Friday 8-1. Salary $15-18/DOE. Benefits: health savings account, 401k, profit sharing, PTO, and vacation.

 

Human Resources & Payroll Assistant - One of our practice has a sister company that specializes in Residential Construction. This Residential Subcontracting company has been in business for over 50 years here in the valley. Due to an increase in the market we are presently in of an assistant to work with our HR manager. Great Plains, Excel, and Word software experience is preferred. Job Duties: take job applications, drug screening, background checks, new hire orientations and benefits enrollment, create and maintain employee files, keep track of pay increases, deductions, new hires, terminations, garnishments, levies, child support orders, cobra, assist with weekly data entry of payroll hours/piece work, job costing, process unemployment claims, employment verifications, assist with FMLA and H-2B processing in accordance with federal regulations, assist with Workman's Comp claims, E-verify, prepare W-2's and 1099's. Starting Salary $DOE. Office Hours: 7-4/8-5 (varies seasonally). Benefits: health insurance, 401k, PTO, vacation, holidays, etc.

Credentialer - We have a 20+ provider Specialty practice located in Mesa and we are presently looking for a credentialing person who has credentialed for a minimum of 10+ providers. Must have experience credentialing for provider/office/hospital/insurance carriers. Centricity EMR experience is A+. Salary $18-21/DOE. Office Hours: 8:00/8:30 - 4:30/5:00 Monday through Friday.
