Plastic Surgery Biller/Collector - We have a solo practitioner Plastic Surgeon & Dermatology practice located in Scottsdale and we are currently looking for a medical biller collector with at least 1-2+ years of billing and collections experience in a private practice setting.  Job Duties: electronic filing of claims, post paper and electronic checks, present financial responsibility to patients, assist patient with setting up payment plans or alternative financing, and follow-up on any partially paid or unpaid claims. Nextech software is preferred, but not required. Must present in a professional manner and possess excellent communication skills. Salary $15-20/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: compensation towards your own health insurance premium, 401k, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

 

Charge Posting & Insurance Collections - We have a multi-provider Orthopedic practice located in Scottsdale and we a presently in need of a medical insurance collections person with at least 2+ years of experience in Orthopedics or a related specialty. Job Duties: post patient charges into EMR, work aging reports, follow-up on any unpaid or partially paid claims, write appeal letter and refile denied claims, take patient inquiry calls and explain financial responsibility, send out patient statements, and set-up patient payment plans. Salary $16-18+/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 m-f. Benefits: 60% of health insurance premium paid, dental, vision, life insurance, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

 

Charge and Payment Poster - We have a multi-provider Orthopedic practice located in Phoenix and we are currently in need of charge poster/payment post with at least 1-2 years of Orthopedics or Centricity experience.  Salary $/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: health insurance, 401k, dental, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

 

Family Practice or Internal Medicine Coder/Biller/Collector - We have a multi-provider Family Practice with some Physical Therapy/Chiro located in Phoenix and we are looking for a lead coder/biller/collector with at least 2+ years of recent experience in either a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Practice setting. Strong commercial insurance, Medicare, and Workman's Comp experience is required. Centricity EMR proficiency is preferred, but not required. Job Duties: post patient charges, pull patient charts to verify codes and add modifiers as necessary to file both electronic and manual claims, post patient payments, post electronic and paper insurance payment from the EOB, write appeal letters and refile claims on any partially paid or denied claim, follow-up on a claims to ensure A/R is at 45 days and under, send out patient statement, explain patient versus insurance financial responsibility to patients when they call or at the point of service, and set-up patients on payment plans. Salary $$/DOE (will pay up to $22 per hour for CPC with fulling billing/collections experience in either Family Practice or Internal Medicine.) Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Patient Collections (Soft Collections) - We have a multi-provider Specialty practice located in Phoenix and we are currently adding another employee to our patient collections department. Job Duties: send out patient statements, verify insurance, verify all patient insurance/personal information is correctly entered into EMR, call patients to set-up payment plans, and after third attempt to contact patient to no avail send account to collection agency. Salary $15-16+/DOE. Office Hours: 8-4:30 Monday through Friday. Benefits: 80% of health insurance premium paid, vision, life insurance, dental, 401k, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

 

Plastic Surgery Biller/Collector Float Front Office - We have a solo practitioner Plastic Surgeon located in Scottsdale and we are currently in need of an experience medical biller/collector. Job Duties: file electronic claims, post patient payments, post insurance payments from EOB, resubmit/refile any denied or partially paid claims, write appeal letters, send out patient statements, follow-up on any unpaid claims (keep insurance A/R within 45 days), set patients up on payment plans, and assist with patient check-in/check-out as needed. Nextech EMR is A+, but not required. Must be EMR savvy. We accept all commercial insurances and Medicare. Salary $17-19/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: PTO, vacation, holidays, and 401K.

 

Insurance & Patient Collector - We have a multi-provider Dermatology practice located in Scottsdale and we are currently looking for a medical biller/collector with at least 2 years of recent medical billing and collections experience in a private practice setting. Allscripts EMR experience is preferred, but not required. Dermatology or Oncology experience is preferred. Job Duties: sent out patient statements, calls patient to set-up payment plans, post patient payments, post insurance payments from the EOB, write appeal letters and resubmit claim on any denied or partially paid claim, and follow-up on any unpaid claims (keep claim payment status at 45 days or under). Insurance Collections (with very soft Patient Collections) - We have a multi-provider Orthopedic practice located in Phoenix and we are currently in need of two additional insurance collectors for our billing department. Job Duties: write appeal letters, refile electronic claims, follow-up on any partially paid, denied, or unpaid claims (keep insurance under 45 days if possible), send out patient statements, and call patients to set-up payment plans. Centricity or Orthopedics experience is required. Salary $16-19/DOE. Office Hours: 7-4/8-5/9-6 (you choose the hours). Benefits: health insurance, 401k, dental, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

 

Coder/Billing and Collections (A-Z) - We have a multi-provider ENT group with multiple valley locations looking for a biller/collector with at least 2+ years of complete medical billing and collections experience for our Scottsdale office. Centricity software is A+, but not required. Job Duties: take patient calls and explain patient their financial responsibility versus insurance financial responsibility, set-up patients on payment plan, make sure appropriate modifiers have been added to claims, file manual and electronic claims, download electronic funds transfers and post payments, post patient payments, follow-up on any denied claims, partially paid claims, or claims not paid within 30-45 days, write appeal letters, and refile claims. Centricity software is preferred, but not required. Salary $16-17.50/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday. Certified Professional Coder - We have a multi-provider Ob/Gyn practice located in Scottsdale and we are currently in need of a CPC with at least 1-2+ years of experience in an Ob/Gyn practice. Job Duties: (will be one of three total coders) Review doctors notes, lab, test results, etc. to ensure charting compliance, enter all appropriate codes and modifiers, verify insurance payment received are accurate, recode/refile any claims with appropriate documentation if claims is either partially paid or denied, and continually educate physicians on updated coding. Salary $18-26/DOE. Office Hours: 7-4 or 8-5 Monday through Friday. Benefits: large portion of health insurance premium paid, 401k, PTO, vacation, and holidays.

Part-Time Medical Biller/Collector (20-25 Hours per Week - May Go Full Time) - We have a multi-provider Specialty practice with locations in Mesa, Tempe and Chandler and we are currently looking for a Part-Time Medical Biller/Collector for our Mesa Office. Job Duties: verify insurance benefits, file electronic claims, call for claim status on any unpaid, partial paid or denied claim, write appeal letters, resubmit claims, post electronic and paper checks from the insurance company. Salary $12-15/DOE. Benefits: PTO, vacation, and 401k is active after 1000 hours.

Billing & Front Office Supervisor - We have a multi provider Specialty practice located in Gilbert and we are presently in need of an experienced "working medical supervisor" who is capable of managing, overseeing, and developing a staff of 9+. You will be required to also assist in the billing departing or front office as needed. Netpractice or Provation EMR experience is A+, but not required. Salary $20-22/DOE. Anesthesiology Insurance Collections - We have an Billing Company who specializes in Anesthesiology located in the East Valley currently in need of an additional collector. Anesthesiology billing and collections experience is required! Job Duties: data entry of patient charges, data entry of patient payments, explain patient financial responsibility to patients, posting insurance payment from the EOB's, write appeal letters, resubmit denied claims or partially paid claims, and follow-up on any unpaid claims. Salary $18-20/DOE. Office Hours: 8:30-4:30 Monday through Friday (somewhat more flexible hours can be considered depending on your needs.) Medical Biller/Collector (Heavy AHCCCS and Division of Developmental Disabilities Experience is Preferred) - We have a 60+ Pediatric Therapy practice located in the East Valley and we are currently looking for an additional medical biller/collector with strong AHCCCS and DDD experience due to an increased number of providers. Job Duties: file manual and electronic claims, post electronic and paper insurance payments, post patient payments, research denied claims, write appeal letters, refile electronic claims, follow-up on any denied, partially paid, or unpaid claims, mail patient statements, call patients to set-up payment plans, and send accounts to collections. Centricity software experience is preferred, but not required. Salary $15-18+/DOE. Office Hours: 8/8:30-4/5 Monday through Friday. Billing Manager - We have a multi-provider Ophthalmology practice located in Mesa and we are currently looking for a 'working' billing manager. OfficeMate or Exam Writer software is preferred, but not required. Job Duties: reviewing coding to make sure complete/correct (ICD-10 experience is required), file electronic and manual claims, post electronic checks from insurance providers, post patient payments, follow-up on any denied, partially paid, or unpaid claims, write appeal letters, refile claims, and oversee two patient/insurance collector to make sure A/R stays within 30-45 days. Salary $20/Hour. Office Hours: 8-5, 12-7, or 1-9 (You choose the hours.) Benefits: 80% of health insurance premium paid, 401k (will eventually match up to 25%!), PTO, vacation, and holidays.

We would prefer a candidate with Cardiology or Cardiovascular experience, but it is not required. Two to three years of recent medical private practice insurance and patient collections experience is required. Job Duties: prepare and file both e-claims and paper claims for submission, follow-up on any unpaid, partially paid or denied claims, write appeal letter and refile claims, take patient calls and explain financial responsibility, send-out patient statements, and set patients up a on a payment plan. Billing Manager - we have a multi-provider Specialty practice located in Peoria and we are currently in need of a medical billing manager with at least 3-5 years of "hand-on" medical billing supervisory experience. Job Duties: oversee and work side-by-side with billing staff on all collections/collections issues and formulating working solutions to maintain A/R within 30-60 days. Oversee all coding and filing of claims, make sure all proper documentation is accurate and provided to insurance providers to ensure complete payments. Assist with any/all parts of the billing process on a daily basis as needed. Centricity EMR is preferred, but not required. Salary $25/DOE. Office Hours: 8-5 Monday through Friday.
